These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at glamtouch.pro (“Website”) and all beauty services provided by GlamTouch Beauty Studio Pty Ltd (ABN 41 628 753 190), referred to throughout this document as “GlamTouch,” “we,” “us” or “our.” By accessing the Website or booking any of our services, you (“Client,” “you” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website and our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of this Website, including browsing pages, submitting enquiry forms or completing a service booking, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any amendments we may publish from time to time. We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion, and the revised version will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your use of the Website following any such changes shall constitute your consent to the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

GlamTouch Beauty Studio provides professional beauty treatments at our studio located at Suite 3, 280 Pacific Hwy, Crows Nest NSW 2065. Our service offerings include, but are not limited to, the following categories:

2.1 Lash Extensions

We offer a comprehensive range of eyelash extension services designed to enhance the length, volume and curl of your natural lashes. Our lash extension services include:

• Classic Lash Extensions — a single synthetic lash fibre applied to each individual natural lash for a subtle, natural-looking enhancement.
• Hybrid Lash Extensions — a combination of classic individual lashes and handmade volume fans to deliver a textured, fuller appearance.
• Volume Lash Extensions — lightweight, handmade fans of ultra-fine fibres applied to each natural lash for a dramatic, full-bodied look.
• Mega Volume Lash Extensions — fans consisting of six or more ultra-fine fibres for maximum density and impact.
• Lash Infills — maintenance appointments to replace lashes that have naturally shed and restore fullness to an existing set.

All lash extension treatments are performed using premium, medical-grade adhesives and cruelty-free synthetic fibres. Results, retention and suitability may vary depending on your natural lash health and aftercare routine.

2.2 Brow Treatments

Our brow services are designed to shape, define and enhance the appearance of your eyebrows. Available treatments include:

• Brow Lamination — a chemical restructuring treatment that redirects brow hairs for a sleek, brushed-up finish lasting four to six weeks.
• Brow Tinting — application of semi-permanent dye to enhance brow colour, fullness and definition.
• Brow Shaping — precise waxing and tweezing to sculpt brows into a flattering, symmetrical shape tailored to your facial structure.
• Brow Lamination & Tint Combo — a combined treatment for clients seeking both structural enhancement and colour depth in a single session.

2.3 Cosmetic Tattooing

GlamTouch offers semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing services performed by qualified and experienced technicians. These treatments involve the implantation of pigment into the upper dermal layer of the skin and include:

• Microblading — a manual technique using a handheld blade to create fine, hair-like strokes that mimic the natural brow pattern.
• Powder Brows (Ombré Brows) — a machine-based technique that produces a soft, powdered finish resembling filled-in brows.
• Combination Brows — a fusion of microblading strokes at the front of the brow and powder shading through the body and tail for a natural-to-defined gradient.
• Lip Blush Tattooing — a technique that deposits pigment into the lips to enhance colour, define the lip border and create the illusion of fuller lips.

Cosmetic tattooing results depend on individual skin type, lifestyle factors and adherence to pre- and post-care instructions. A mandatory consultation and patch test are required before any cosmetic tattooing procedure is performed.

3. Booking Policy

3.1 Making a Booking

Appointments can be made through the Website, by telephone or via our online booking platform. When you book an appointment, you are entering into an agreement with GlamTouch to receive the specified service at the scheduled date and time. We may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment, particularly for cosmetic tattooing and extended lash sessions. Deposit amounts and payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

3.2 Confirmation

You will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the booking details, including the date, time and service selected. If any details are incorrect, please contact us immediately to make corrections.

3.3 Late Arrivals

We understand that unforeseen delays can occur; however, we operate on a tight schedule to ensure every client receives the full attention they deserve. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your service or reschedule the appointment entirely. In such cases, any deposit paid may be forfeited at our discretion.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients and manage our schedule efficiently. Cancellations may be communicated by phone, email or through our online booking system.

4.2 Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior communication (“no-show”), the following consequences may apply:

• Any deposit paid for the appointment will be forfeited in full.
• A late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price may be charged.
• Repeated no-shows (two or more) may result in a requirement to prepay in full for future bookings or the refusal of future appointments at our discretion.

4.3 Cancellations by GlamTouch

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to staff illness, emergency or unforeseen events. If we cancel your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer you a rescheduled time at your convenience. Any deposits paid will be fully refunded or transferred to the rescheduled appointment, at your preference.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices listed on the Website and in our studio are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed at the previously advertised rate, unless additional services are requested during the appointment.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards
• EFTPOS
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Afterpay (subject to Afterpay’s own terms and conditions)

5.3 Payment Timing

Full payment is due at the conclusion of your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. For cosmetic tattooing services, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the procedure.

5.4 Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once a treatment has been performed. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss options, which may include a complimentary correction or touch-up at our discretion. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Health, Safety and Client Responsibilities

6.1 Health Disclosures

Prior to receiving any treatment, you must complete a client consultation form and disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications or recent procedures that may affect the safety or outcome of your treatment. Conditions that may affect your eligibility for certain services include, but are not limited to:

• Allergies to adhesives, latex, dyes or pigments
• Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis or active infections in the treatment area
• Eye conditions including conjunctivitis, blepharitis, styes or recent eye surgery
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Use of retinoids, blood-thinning medications or immunosuppressive drugs
• Recent chemical peels, laser treatments or sunburn in the treatment area
• History of keloid scarring (particularly relevant for cosmetic tattooing)

Failure to disclose relevant health information may compromise the safety and results of your treatment. GlamTouch accepts no liability for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.

6.2 Patch Tests

A patch test is mandatory for all first-time cosmetic tattooing clients and is strongly recommended for clients receiving lash extensions or brow tinting for the first time. Patch tests must be performed at least 48 hours before your scheduled treatment. If you decline a recommended patch test, you do so at your own risk and must sign a written waiver acknowledging this decision. GlamTouch reserves the right to refuse service if a required patch test has not been completed.

6.3 Aftercare

Following your treatment, you will receive detailed aftercare instructions specific to the service performed. Adherence to these instructions is essential for optimal results, proper healing and the longevity of your treatment. GlamTouch is not responsible for suboptimal results, premature lash loss, pigment fading or adverse reactions that arise from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

7. Age Requirements

All clients must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive cosmetic tattooing services. Clients aged 16 and 17 may receive lash extension and brow treatments with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must be present at the appointment. We reserve the right to request photographic identification to verify your age before commencing any treatment.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlamTouch Beauty Studio Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Website
• Any beauty treatment or service provided by GlamTouch
• Any allergic reaction, irritation or adverse outcome resulting from a treatment
• Loss of or damage to personal property while on our premises
• Delays, interruptions or errors in the Website or booking system

8.2 Maximum Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, icons, page layouts, software and the overall design and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of GlamTouch Beauty Studio Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You may view and download material from this Website solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify or alter the content in any way and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
